Wednesday Night: Christian Education
Join us for a time of Christian Education and learning. Our fall and spring terms are eight weeks in length (each) for a total of sixteen weeks. The spring term began on January 28th and runs through March 28th.
How it works: We offer a children’s class downstairs, where they will learn and sing new hymns, engage with the Bible, and work with handicrafts.
Upstairs, we will offer multiple (simultaneous) studies:
1) An open bible study through Galatians, led by Pastors Tom and Kyle (all are welcome to join this study at any time throughout the term); contact Kyle at kyle.mciver@emmauswbl.com with any questions.
2) A discussion group led by Pastor Josh (josh.tollett@emmauswbl.com) in which participants will be reading and discussing C.S. Lewis’s The Screwtape Letters.
Note, we are not offering formal nursery this year for ages 3 and below.
Time: From 6–6:10pm, we sing together and pray together in the sanctuary. We then shift to our age specific groups from 6:10–7:15pm.
